Maybe before we even get to the end of November We The People need to put out a general notice to Congress, POTUS and SCOTUS that Congress must pass a law to overturn the Pierson v. Ray (1967) SCOTUS case before the 2026 midterms even happen or else the representatives cannot run for office.
All we need is someone to write up this notice, not a petition where millions have to sign it, and have it sent out by at least one We The People from each of the Congressional districts and two people from each state totaling 535 people to sign it and sent it to their representatives.
We do not need two thirds or three fourths of the states to vote on this or get it on any local ballot. If POTUS knows of this and Congress takes no actions then POTUS knows he can just remove every member of Congress as if they didn’t think it mattered for any of them to back We The People, and this is just cause, probable cause, for them to be removed.
We don’t really have to comply with our present US Constitution as it is for the USA, INC. and not the Sovereign We The People, but it must be stated who this is from and if any judge puts out a warrant on the people that sent this out then POTUS should know that that judge needs to be removed for violating our Constitutional 1st Amendment Right for Freedom of Speech.
This notice to Congress should basically state that if those representatives want to keep their job and not be held for treason on this issue then they must approve to pass a bill for both houses of Congress and have POTUS sign it with the next going directly for SCOTUS to overturn it as they did with Roe vs. Wade (1973).
All three branches of the USA will then approve to take this Unconstitutional ruling down and we don’t wait for the midterms.
This then comes down to all law enforcement, district attorneys and judges are to comply with this new law to halt the wrongdoings of the past by government and they will now all be held accountable and this goes into effect immediately, not late in 2026 or later.

Who is willing to push for this or do we get maybe 100 people having different notices put out there that it was not coordinated properly?
