The SR chart explains a lot. Over the last day or so, I have been experiencing interrupted sleep, headaches, loud ear ringing, reactions to certain food, and a strong sense of discombobulation.

Finally, last night my dear friend Walt and I were discussing resilence in our weekly call. He lost half the roof of his house last week in a severe storm. When I asked him how he was feeling, he was still calm and positive. I emailed him this quote from Sophia Love – it was in the introduction of her channeling in a previous post (I didn’t include the introduction)..

I agree with Sophia. I am also finding that circumstances are not changing my sense of internal solidity. That is self mastery which is a prerequisite to Ascension – as best we can achieve.
