Dear All,
This is a brief note to confirm that we are now entering the energetic phase of the emotional purge I’ve mentioned in recent posts. The aspects of our shadow that we have long rejected or suppressed are going to increase in their appearance whilst being triggered within the four bodies, and for some, this process may intensify in the days ahead, leading to heightened mental spiralling, overthinking, and restless nights spent revisiting old emotions and patterns. Both collectively and individually, the shadow aspect of consciousness is becoming more pronounced over the coming days, and there may be bouts of unexplained anxiety in some, though only temporarily. It will pass. As reflected in the planetary alignments, this is part of a larger realignment process. Remember not to personalise or project these experiences outward. When possible, trace each trigger back to its core by denominating down step by step to its original core wound through internalisation first. Your holographic matrix is like a video game, it only reflects that which is arising inside of you. So become especially aware of people, places, things, and animals who are reflecting back these misaligned parts of our shadow this weekend and over the coming days. These parts of your reality will be only signs to help highlight the dense energy being pushed to the surface. See them as nothing more. The answers will be all around you at all times, rooted within the inner child, and may arise from further experiences of abandonment, self worth and those parental issues that are still unexamined that sit dormant waiting for further dismissal as felt by feelings of being unloved. Some of these wounds originate not only in this lifetime but will extend across past lives and cosmic lineages, and they will be coming again for dismissal over the coming days.
At their essence, these patterns always stem from the externalisation of fear, trauma, and conditioning, and for some will now manifest physically within the teeth, lower back, adrenals, blood and immune systems, feet, legs, or hips (the left side often linked to the mother, the right to the father). The physical body, followed by the emotional body, is realigning in preparation for a broader recalibration of timelines. Many souls are now converging and preparing for new timelines as we approach the final quarter of this year. Much is in motion. For the most fragile it will feel like illness to some. Colds, Flu.
I won’t be releasing a video this week as I’ll be speaking at a conference in Somerset, but I’ll return to regular updates next week. In the meantime, please remember, especially for those who tend to lean toward mental spiralling to Breathe, and where possible, slow down and recenter. The coming days may feel a little rocky. It will pass. This purge is unfolding precisely as it must, in harmony with the triggers that bring healing to the surface so that we can move into the binary codes that are presenting very interesting timelines occurring very shortly.
