We on Planet Earth are Stuck In the Idea that We Need HIERARCHICAL-AUTHORITARIAN ORGANIZATIONS.

The Idea Is, — How could You Get Anything Done, — if the Coordination and Orders would Not Come From The Top, And ENFORCED ?

But We Long for Freedom from Duress, Tyranny, Lack of Insight, and Unwanted or Impractical Orders.

We are Ready for Freedom from The Arrogance of Top Management Of Presumably KNOWING “MUCH BETTER” How Things Should be Run, Including, – Sometimes, – OUR LIVES.

But That’s the INEVITABLE Trade Off For Organizational Efficiency, — Isn’t It ???

Our Entire Economical System Is Like This:

To Make a Living You have to Work, and if You Work, You Immediately Deal with a HIERARCHICAL-AUTHORITARIAN Organization, DON’T YOU ?

Even if You are Self-Employed, You are Dealing with the Hierarchical-Authoritarian Organization called “Government” With All Their Distortions, Regulations, Injustices, Hidden Agendas, Laws passed for Their Own Benefit, and Deep State Agendas.

This is the PURPOSE of the LIGHT-GUIDES:

• ” TO BE IN CONTINUAL COMMUNION WITH, GUIDED BY, AND IN JOYFUL SERVICE TO THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR, IN ALIGNMENT WITH DIVINE WILL, TO FULFILL THE DIVINE PLAN OF MAXIMUM SOUL EVOLUTION AND RETURN TO SOURCE FOR THE GREATEST GOOD OF ALL. “

This is the MISSION STATEMENT of the LIGHT-GUIDES:

• We Anchor the LOVE-LIGHT OF THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR Into the Allness of All, and by Our Example and Gentle Guidance, We illuminate the Path for Others to do the Same.

This Means:

EACH INDIVIDUAL LIGHT-GUIDE’S WORK Is Guided Directly and Only by THE ONE CREATOR.

There is NO Hierarchical-Authoritarian Management.

The Entire “Management” and “Administration” of Traditional Hierarchical-Authoritarian Organizations, are Simply Replaced BY THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR ONLY.

Which Also Makes It MUCH MORE EFFICIENT Than Any Hierarchical-Authoritarian Organization.

Because it is Not Run by DESPOTIC-DISTORTED HUMAN AUTHORITY, — BUT BY THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR !

What I’m Telling You Is, What I’m (Raanra) GUIDED to Tell You, By THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR.

HOWEVER:

I’m *NOT* the New DESPOTIC-DISTORTED INDIVIDUAL, Who Tries to Exert Hierarchical-Authoritarian Control !!!

Infinitely Gratefully, I PUT IT ALL INTO THE HANDS OF THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR !

NOBODY Is Running ANYTHING, — Except For THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR.

If I Say Something it is Meant to Be HELP, ADVICE And INSPIRATION.

If You are A FREE-WILL LIGHT-GUIDE, You Follow ONLY THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR Says.

THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR’S Guidance Is NON-HIERARCHICAL And NON-AUTHORITARIAN, — Since You Are Only Following It OUT OF YOUR OWN FREE-WILL.

Such a NON-HIERARCHICAL, NON-AUTHORITARIAN Organization Is Of Course Also MUCH MORE EFFICIENT Than A Hierarchical-Authoritarian Organization, Since it is Being Run By THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR.
