How To Stay Sane: The D Word
I am half way through the first of three quiet days and already I feel…tranquil.
Now that’s a word I would not have used to describe my mental/emotional state a few days ago.
I can see where I was going astray before. I was attempting to do too many things at once, all while my head was spinning with multiple thought loops. It was a toxic mix and I am relieved to have moved beyond it. Salutory lesson – and isn’t that why we come to 3D Earth school in the first place..??
Staying sane at the pointy end of this mission can be summed up in one word: Detachment. Detachment, detachment, detachment. It is attachment that causes so much heartache, whether it is to a certain belief system, a strongly-desired outcome, or your favorite sweater. This too will pass. Everything passes.
Speaking of passing…I know, I know – I don’t do intel, but this was just too juicy to pass by…

I had such fun at my AA meeting yesterday. There was a huge amount of recovery amongst just a handful of people – most of us had over 30 years sobriety. Talk about laugh, and I mean belly laughs. People with long term sobriety know how to laugh – and it’s usually self-deprecating humor. It made me realize how important it is not to take Ascension seriously.
