Ascension Thoughts Update
I have had a crazy week. My pendulum has been swinging wildly along with the intense energies.
I had three incidents that confirmed I am totally ungrounded. I was so shocked by the most recent one, I phoned my friend Judith and said, ‘Please, please tell me that I’m not losing my marbles…’ She very sweetly confirmed that my marbles are intact, although we both agree they are rattling around up there.
I need to do a complete re-set. I have three quiet days ahead of me, and I am taking that time to recalibrate. I know the problem – I am living in my head. I am obsessing over events that are yet to happen, and may not happen. I am not at all present in the Now moment.
For the next three days, I will s…l…o…w down. I will do less. I will rest. I may even nap…!
This morning I started practicing. When my thoughts started to race, I put my hand on my heart and said calmly and confidently, ‘All is well…’ Because all IS well. My life is peachy.
However, last fragments of fears from past lives have wrecked havoc in my life over the last few weeks. I have been carrying the tension in my jaw which feels tight. Not surprisingly, there have been accompanying headaches.
This weekend I will relax with magazines. I feel soothed by leisurely perusing through home and garden magazines. I like pretty environments – and I love building. I will also hit some golf balls around. That’s a perfect way to stay in the Now moment.
