Treason, sedition, aiding the enemy, these are not small crimes. That’s life in prison or worse. Death penalty. This is not handled by local judges. It’s done in military court.
Step 3 Military Commissions
When politicians, corporate head ls or media giants sell out their nation you can’t let their buddy in civilian court try them. Military Commissions exist for this reason. Quick, decisive, no games.
Step 4 Federal Law
Treason, Sedition, Conspiracy, Overthrow, it’s all on the books. The evidence is there. The statutes are there. And indictments will follow.
