A four-star Navy admiral, served as the Director of the National Security Agency (NSA), Commander of U.S. Cyber Command, and Chief of the Central Security Service from 2014 to 2018.

He was the 17th NSA director.

Let’s Talk Q…

In the context of the Q drops, Rogers is depicted as a key “patriot” or “white hat” figure—a heroic insider who opposed ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE and corruption within the U.S. government and intelligence community.

– Q alluded to Rogers having uncovered unauthorized spying activities, particularly related to FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) abuses targeting Donald Trump and his campaign.
