SDNY FEDERAL JUDGE DENIES TRUMP DOJ request to unseal Epstein/Maxwell grand jury transcripts.

Obama appointed, U.S. District Court for the SDNY Federal Judge Paul Engelmayer, shot down the motion to unseal the files, due to finding that the documents do not contain “significant, undisclosed information about [their] crimes, or investigation into them.”

Grand jury testimonies and transcripts are usually not released, but, with the significance of this case and the amount of attention it demands, transparency is the only way forward.

Now that it is public fact that the Trump administration was denied by an Obama appointed judge and if there is nothing new, then why won’t the judge just accept the Trump DOJ’s request?

The pressure is no longer on the Trump administration but the NY Judges and the Senate Democrats who have also continually denied resolutions to unseal the files made by Senate Republicans.

Redact the victims’ names and release the files if there is nothing to hide or nothing new. It just doesn’t make sense. Why are they so afraid to release the documents?

Remember, the SDNY is where the Anthony Weiner case took place that was connected to Hillary Clinton’s emails and many other controversial cases where things went “missing” or justice was never served, along with multiple “suic*des” of officers who were looking into specific cases against high profile people.

This should tell you everything you need to know and prove to you that the Trump administration was once again shot down when attempting to do the right thing and be transparent.
