What Could This Announcement Be?
Do We Dare Brainstorm?
• Will D. Trump be naming a new Federal Reserve Chair or Treasury Secretary, perhaps someone like Scott Bessent or Kevin Warsh, to steer monetary policy toward deregulation, or appointing a high-profile figure like Vivek Ramaswamy to a newly created role overseeing tech and innovation? Just saying…I heard whispers.
• Maybe Trump could unveil a sweeping set of tariffs on imports from China and the EU, aimed at protecting U.S. manufacturing jobs, coupled with tax cuts for middle-class families and incentives for domestic energy production, echoing his first-term policies but amplified to address post-2024 inflation spikes.
• Or there could be an announcement detailing a negotiated peace framework for Ukraine, involving direct talks with Putin to freeze the conflict lines, while reaffirming unwavering support for Israel with increased military aid, potentially including new sanctions on Iran to curb regional escalations.
I mean I can come up with a few more. What do you all think?
