OPERATION MOCKINGBIRD IS STILL ACTIVE and being used on American citizens.
Obama signed the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 into law as part of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013. The Act was signed on January 3, 2013.
This legislation amended the original Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 and lifted the ban on domestic dissemination of information and materials produced by the U.S. Department of State and the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), now the U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM), which were previously intended primarily for foreign audiences.
Instead of only foreign nations, massive amounts of propaganda, misinformation, disinformation, and psyops were being directly used against American citizens.
This was the deep state, the globalist cabal that infiltrated the U.S. government and slowly took control of the public and steered their thought, views, opinions, and beliefs in a particular direction.
The term “Fake News” did not come from nowhere, even though most of the mainstream media is extremely biased and owned primarily by a small group of wealthy individuals who all “coincidentally” lean left.
Lesson: Do not buy everything presented to you at the surface level no matter where it comes from. Ask questions, verify everything, and have multiple sources.
