When earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis and volcanoes aren’t as destructive as predicted, it’s the “angels” intervening, not God.

God is the Source of all that is, both good and bad. Angels are beings with free will. Intervention requires individual free will.
It could be said that disasters, which are a result of natural processes, are actually caused by “God”.
Not only does Galactic Federation weaken natural disasters on Earth, they prevent disasters we never hear about.
