When the time comes that our New USA Republic is in place for the public knowing of it, most likely after the EBS is shown, then all the rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, laws, court decisions and police policies that do not comply with Common Law must then be rewritten or just be made null and void.
Common Law must be known to all and that our present Admiralty Law is not the authority.
No hearsay reports or comments from any source to then be settled in court later with maybe false arrests being made in the mean time.
The primary ones deal with the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th and 14th Amendments that have been shot down due to the lower government powers thinking they can overturn the Constitution in their own jurisdiction. One primary SCOTUS ruling is in Pierson v. Ray (1967) that many law enforcement and courts go by to keep themselves in control pertaining to Qualified Immunity.
No drivers license required or passport to get on an airplane; The Supreme Court has long recognized the right to travel from one state to another under the Privileges and Immunities Clause:
Article IV, Section 2, Clause 1: The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.
It might just come about that the present 13th Amendment thru to the 27th Amendment will be removed as they were made without the proper Adjournment of Congress in 1861 and now with the USA, INC. approving them all. Although the original 13th Amendment was ratified in 1819, dealing with foreigners taking control, they had no authority to do so which they do today.

Come to think of it President Trump has been voted into office by US citizens and not by state citizens, so Trump cannot keep us as US citizens to be in the Re-inhabited Republic and he needs to be voted in within 120 days of the public NESARA announcement not just his private announcement. None of “This was a soft disclosure, a coded announcement.”
You should know now that the 9th Amendment makes sure we have these rights even though they are not specified in the Constitution, which is every time our rights are violated in any manner then the 9th Amendment is also violated as it it is more like stating ‘all is inclusive’:
‘The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.’
No more needing a license or permit to carry a firearm or having a permit to videotape or have signs on yourselves on public property in peaceful means showing your point of view. NYC will be shut down with this ASAP.
We do not need a new Amendment passed into law for each time a new type of firearm is invented for the 2nd Amendment or when audio recording devices, megaphones or video cameras are invented to have our freedom of speech or of the press for the 1st Amendment to be valid.
Churches would now be houses of political views besides their house of worship as once they became 501(c)3 corporations they were silenced on talking about anything but their own religion as to what their religious books actually say and no actions could be taken outside of those doors for the public to see.
The ‘No Stop and ID State’ Laws will be null and void as the 4th Amendment supersedes that in itself and we don’t need to go to court to fight it.

Our ‘Miranda Rights’ don’t have to be told to us by law enforcement for it to go into effect, and just after we are arrested, as the 5th Amendment is already there to back us up at all times.
They cannot hold us liable against us just because we claimed our 5th Amendment right too early or too late or just because we spoke nothing at all by not even claiming our rights.
Members of the BAR can no longer defend us in court and none can be judges except when they revoke their BAR membership and follow Common Law.
There should not need to be People voting on a proposition for any of this as the US and states’ Constitutions are already in place with We The People knowing it is there, and there should not be a timeline when it goes into effect in any jurisdiction except for when President Trump claims it is as such.
Three months down the road if any law enforcement officer tries to use Admiralty Law and the court complies then everyone of them can be held for Treason and Qualified Immunity does not apply!
