So President LBJ and all other presidents could not reverse EO 11110 as then people would know what it was and maybe it wasn’t enforced as of yet in 1963 to even bother with it?

I have heard the Green Back currency was already being printed up back in 1963, but I guess it never got out to the public so it was just halted and the FRN was just continued.
Will Trump then make the statement that EO 11110 is now in Full Force and Effect in 2025 and the reason for the removal of JFK in 1963?
Now calling the New USTN the ‘Rainbow’ currency will make people think it is for other reasons and we should not have it called by that name.
