All Experiences Are Perceived By One’s Own Mind And No Two People Share The Same Emotions And Thoughts.
Perceptions Are Simply Windows Of The Mind. They Can Be Closed, Opened Or Covered With More Emotions. Instead Of Struggling To Change Any Projection You Might Form, First Change Your Thoughts To Other Possibilities. This Changes Emotions As The Brain Is Reacting With Mechanisms Throughout The Body. Adrenalin, Hormones And Muscle Tension Move Quickly. Escalations In Arguments Expand To Wars Within Families. Everyone Has An Opinion With Their Own Projection.
Each Person Experiences The World Through Their Memories Of The Past. The World Becomes More Dangerous If A---e Or War Was Part Of Their Ongoing Psyche Of Development. If A Previous Partner Was Loving And Kind But Left The Relationship For Another, A Perspective Of Mistrust And Withdrawal Can Color A Bright Future With Darkness. The Next Partner Might Suffer As Projections Of The Past Partner Fill The Air With Accusations.

Whether Perceived Loss Or Gain, You Are Here Now With The Ability To Change Your Perceptions To Prevent Projections.
To Have A Better Life And To Be A Better Person, Think On Things That Are True And Worthy Of Your Attention. Tell Others Of The Good That You See In Them. Find Attributes In Yourself And Others That Bring Appreciation. Try Your Best To Not Have Projections Of Everything Being All Good Or All Bad.
