Maybe it is time where anyone that is placed in any government job, primarily law enforcement, DOJ, elected or not political positions and all their aides are to have 80 + hours of the specifics in Constitutional Law and Common Law.
This comes down to coming into the Republic that what we have had in the past is that law enforcement have made Unconstitutional arrests and they are not held liable for their actions as they just toss the defendant into the courts as a reason for them to just make an arrest and the courts must deal with it and not themselves as they believe they have Qualified Immunity for anything they do.
In Pierson v. Ray (1967), the Supreme Court first “justified qualified immunity as a means of protecting government defendants from financial burdens when acting in good faith in legally murky areas.”
Where was the precedent setting case for this decision as ALL cases must have that type of case, but here SCOTUS MADE LAW in violation of the US Constitution and therefore soon CIC Trump will remove that case in the books.
Over the years law enforcement have come to know they can do whatever they want as they do not have to comply with any laws, court cases or the Constitutions until it really comes back on them for doing real harm.
If you haven’t seen it yet hundreds of 1st Amendment Auditors have been arrested and law enforcement just don’t care what the law is as their authority has been challenged and they don’t like that. In the mean time those actions just wasted time for the courts as the dockets came in for false arrests and maybe forthcoming lawsuits dealing with claimed Qualified Immunity.
It also is that when the defendant wins the case, maybe in the millions of dollars, the local taxpayers must foot the bill and not the law enforcement personnel, government agency and city involved and even then the personnel may only get probation if they are even charged while if We The People do the same things we may spend years in prison. Two levels of justice.

This should also include to mandate that all law enforcement personnel at all levels of government must have body cameras on themselves and running while in any situation they are involved with, including on their vehicles, but not required in any meetings of the day of their staff, doing personal needs or on breaks dealing with their privacy.
Also the destruction of security cameras and wrong address raids are to be penalized harshly for the negligence of the personnel involved for not doing their jobs and not have the Qualified Immunity be allowed.
If any law enforcement personnel turns their camera off while in a certain situation dealing with the public / defendant and/or the agency edits those videos and/or audios in any manner at a later time or withholds them from the defendant’s counsel at the time it is requested then the whole government agency becomes the enemy of the State as We The People are the State.
No excuse can be made for that government agency to claim they do not have the funds in their budget for those body cameras if they are willing to spend millions of dollars to defend their officers at trial or the taxpayers must foot the bill for the defendant winning the case.
Maybe this idea can get to your representatives at all levels of government to push it to Congress if not in their own jurisdiction of government.
This should also be mandated in every university and college, primarily when they teach law classes. Law schools can be exempt from teaching about this even if it is not a Constitutional Amendment? If anyone thinks that then maybe they should move to another country where they have no freedoms and see if they survive there.
