Dr. Richey has some good videos put out on the actions of government against African Americans, but here he is disputing Trump of opening Alcatraz based on Trump’s personal opinions of those against him.

Alcatraz was closed in 1963 after a few men escaped and were never found, and they made a film about that if you have not seen it yet.
Dr. Richey has mentioned he is more interested in Alcatraz being kept as a National Monument in a National Park than to house inmates.
This is 62 years that the prison has been sitting there with no upkeep and no repairs and now Trump wants to get it up and running again?
I have been living in a home for over 20 years and being built in 1930 with possibly the plumbing being nearly 100 years old and it is falling apart, so there will be much work to be done on Alcatraz and not just some mopping and general cleaning.
Alcatraz is sitting next to the salty ocean water and can deteriorate a lot faster than where I live in the desert, so it will be easy to have prisoners break through the many year old walls with just a kitchen spoon.
