In a classified D.C. meeting under the Bush Administration, experts were briefed on recovered UFO craft and non-human bodies by Russia, China, and the U.S.

Tasked with assessing public disclosure’s impact, they rated every metric—social, economic, political, religious—as overwhelmingly negative if ever disclosed.

A “Remote Viewer” believed there were UFO Bases here on Earth

The remote viewer identified one base at Mount Zeal in Australia.

Hal Puthoff/CIA contacted the station keeper based in Australia. He asked the station keeper about the Mount Zeal area, and he was like, “Oh, you mean where all the UFO’s are flying around?”

A Discussion about why UFO’s were Turning on and off Nuclear Missiles

• Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana (March 16 and 24, 1967):

Former U.S. Air Force Captain Robert Salas, a missile launch officer, claims that on March 16, 1967, a large, glowing, pulsating red oval-shaped object hovered over the front gate of Malmstrom’s Oscar Flight.

Simultaneously, ten Minuteman I ICBMs he was overseeing went offline, displaying red “fault” lights, indicating they were unlaunchable (a “no-go” condition).

A week later, on March 24, a similar incident allegedly occurred at Echo Flight, where another ten missiles were disabled.

Security personnel reported a UFO, described as an orange flying disc, during the event.

• The document also discusses Eminent Domain (Sec. 1106(c)), where the Federal government can seize recovered technologies and biological evidence of “non-human intelligence” from private entities.
