Operation Disclosure Official

On Friday, 2 May, 2025 some US Military personnel came to my home to serve me official papers. They could not say as maybe they didn’t know what they were and/or they were under an NDA.
Presently I am retired as an official senior people receiving my monthly SSI, but the Notice said that I have only 90 days to Pay Up all back taxes, state taxes as well, in order to receive any future compensation and more.
So if this came from the US Military then CIC Trump must have us under Martial Law and the IRS is in with the US Treasury for him to work it this way.
But why are to we Pay Up all back taxes in order to receive any future compensation like receiving monthly NESARA payouts, R&R payouts along with gaining access to our QFS Account?
What is the ‘more’ they are talking about as they may be busy now with the tribunals so in due time they will be going after the general public for not complying with Unconstitutional Laws as the US Military is now under control. Will I be brought forth to a Military Tribunal?
