I am listening to the latest Juan O Savin on Blessed 2 Teach (Rumble) and he is answering (very compentently) those who are impatient to see things happen – big arrests etc.
He is in the thick of and has (it can be safely assumed) full knowledge of the processes and procedures, both on the Justice and Govermental side, that need to be complied to to ensure criminals get prosecuted etc.
While it is clear that those who are leaning toward the ‘Why isn’t more happening … ‘ side of the spectrum probably lack a detailed perspective on how The System works, some questions naturally come to mind when considering its speed.
Questions like: does it really need to be so slow and unwieldy? To what extent does a system that works at such a ponderous pace put innocent lives at risk by allowing criminals leeway to continue to protect themselves?
Has the system evolved in all innocence to see Justice is done in the most foolproof and meticulous fashion or has there been an agenda involved at some point, shaping it to protect criminals?
Even if it has evolved innocently and organically, has it inadvertantly become one that does allow criminals unnecessary time and agency to protect their own interests in criminal ways?

Imagine, for one moment, that you are visitor from another planet where your policing, govermental and justice systems are far more transparent, faster, fairer and more foolproof than the US one.
Of course you would be baffled by what you saw here and you would understand the impatience of those instinctively disatisfied with it.
You would probably see such impatience and frustration as a clear signal from the integrity of those so affected that the system is by no means functioning in an optimum way.
A lust for justice is no bad thing, it is built into us, so much so many films take advantage of it to entertain us. So it is no bad thing to be calling for arrests just as it is very right to be pursuing those arrests through the system that is already there and that (despite being clearly far from ideal) eventually works.
But the lust for improvement is also built in and can do remarkable things for us as well, after all, intelligence is always evolving and shaping its environment around itself to sychronise with its new needs and goals.
Let’s not be so over revering of previous milestones and breakthroughs that we ignore and are afraid of addressing, problems easily solved with a little courage and vision.
