Maybe you have not figured it out, but the B.A.R. stands for British Accredited Registry and is under the control of the British Crown and Royalty. Trump is trying to change this.
All judges in America are to be members of the B.A.R. and some are called Barristers as they are in the UK and elsewhere, but I have heard that only attorneys are to be members of the B.A.R. and lawyers are not and therefore cannot represent and speak on your behalf in front of a judge.
There is also where in the courtroom that if you step in front of the gate or barrier beyond the seating area of the public then you become in the control of the Court and the Judge and you accept the orders of the Court.
Now the present Federal Judges that issue injunctions and temporary restraining orders (TROs) on any government official that is not mentioned in a case that is before them in a Constitutional manner has No Jurisdiction to halt any of their actions as otherwise they are superseding their own Constitutional duties.
Now what Trump may be allowing Chief Justice Roberts to do is let Trump’s own cases come before SCOTUS and if they fail to act on them and still allow lower court judges’ actions stand on their own then Trump has no recourse but to Remove all of the B.A.R. judges, attorneys, lawyers and anyone in government, primarily those sitting in Congress, to be arrested for Treason.
I met someone that became a member of Congress and just happened to be one of the members of the Judiciary Committee on the Impeachment of President Clinton as he was a recent judge, but then he lost his next term of office as the people didn’t like what he did as he was that good.
