Here are a few confirmed US government ops that were later found to be used to predicate WAR:

PEARL HARBOR ATTACK

• The McCollum memo, Declassified in the 90’s detailing 8 Actions to get Japan to attack the US.

OPERATION NORTHWOODS

• A proposed false flag operation conceived by the U.S. Department of Defense in 1962 to justify a war with Cuba.

• The plan involved staging and committing acts of terrorism against American military and civilian targets, which would then be blamed on the Cuban government.

• These acts included:
– Hijacking planes and orchestrating shootdowns.
– Blowing up a U.S. ship in Cuban waters.
– Assassinating Cuban immigrants.
– Sinking refugee boats.
– Committing acts of terrorism in U.S. cities via riots.

The proposals were drafted by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but they were ultimately rejected by President John F. Kennedy.

The aim was to manipulate public opinion and garner international support for military action against Fidel Castro’s regime. The documents detailing these plans were declassified in the late 1990s, becoming public in the early 2000s.

IRAQ INVASION

The “fake weapons of mass destruction”, U.S. and allied (Netanyahu) claims that Saddam Hussein possessed active WMD programs.
—— Intelligence was later found to be flawed or exaggerated, leading to no WMDs being found post-invasion.

THE VIETNAM WAR

The Gulf of Tonkin attacks that were completely staged to escalate military Involvement in Vietnam. Some evidence suggests no attacks occurred at all.

Declassified documents show (NSA) later admitted that the evidence for the August 4 attack was “highly questionable” or “probably not real.”

Robert McNamara, Secretary of Defense at the time, acknowledged in his memoir “In Retrospect” (1995) and in a documentary “The Fog of War” (2003) that the U.S. was involved in covert operations against North Vietnam, which provoked attacks.
—— He also admitted that the second attack did not happen as reported.

In 2005, the NSA released a report by its historian, Robert J. Hanyok, titled “Skunks, Bogies, Silent Hounds, and the Flying Fish: The Gulf of Tonkin Mystery, 2-4 August 1964.”
—— This report concluded that the NSA had DELIBERATELY skewed intelligence to support the narrative of a second attack, including the manipulation of intercepted communications.

In 1968, during Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearings, former U.S. officials and military officers testified about the confusion and the lack of conclusive evidence regarding the second incident.

Lastly, No physical evidence of an attack, such as damage to ships or debris from North Vietnamese boats, was ever produced for the second incident.

Makes one truly wonder what other ops have occurred that haven’t been confirmed yet.
