Some may say in the 1999-2015 UK Post Office scandal that the Horizon IT software was unhackable and makes no errors, but the blame was put on the workers that made the errors and were prosecuted for it.
- “Judy Note: “The Quantum Financial System (QFS) is an un-hackable, AI-driven network supported by the Secret Space Program which was in the process of replacing the old Swift Banking System.”
We need some liability the QFS works and not We The People pay for some wrongdoings of it when they do happen.
I just recently found out about the 1999-2015 UK Post Office scandal that involved the wrongful prosecution of over 900 sub-postmasters between 1999 and 2015 due to faults in the Horizon accounting software, but about 700 were imprisoned, prosecuted individually on a case by case basis, and then the full case came out as a group went to trial going after the Post Office and they won with the Prime Minister at that time exonerating them all, even though their lives were ruined.
Just a tip about it is that the UK sub-postmasters were working in village post offices with financial accounting written on paper then the UK Postmaster introduced the new technology of the computer with then negative balances showing up all by themselves and the sub-postmasters had to pay for the debts, but those debts showed up as profits at the corporate Post Office with bonuses paid to the executives and the prosecutors to make the convictions.
They are like the law enforcement in the USA where they investigate themselves as the UK Post Office has their own MPs and court system and not even the government can get involved till it finally happened here.
As of 26 years later they have not been compensated for what was mandated by the court and the Horizon IT company will not pay out or claim fault.
There was a drama / documentary put out in the UK last year that let people know of the Truth and it hit 14.7 million viewers in the first week.

The financial matter was hit hard for some, but for the USA it has taken since 1913 and even 1871 that wrongdoings have been going on to ruin maybe over 600 million lives not just 900.
