Has D.O.G.E. gotten into closing down Private Non-Profit Law Firms as they have considered some as NGOs?
When these Private Non-Profit Law Firms win their case the recipient receives funds from the government in one way or another as most cases are from those going after a government entity for their wrongdoings.
Many cases like this, where Qualified Immunity was thrown out and the case went forward and the recipient won, then the funds come from the taxpayers and the taxpayers should receive their funds back due to those government entities don’t have the funds to support the payout.
A case that started 6 years ago with a wrongful raid with the FBI has now been approved to go before SCOTUS in April relying on the Tort Claim Law and numerous Federal Court Districts disagreeing with each other on this matter.
Just because a Private Non-Profit Law Firm receives funds from a court case win does not make it a Non-Government Organization receiving direct funds specified by Congress.
Will these Private Non-Profit Law Firms be mandated to be shut down and all their court case win funds be returned to the US Treasury even though they fought the case with We The People donations and not actual funds paid out authorized by Congress?
The Tort Claim Law is only for Federal government entities and not state or local government entities, so We The People need to make sure laws are put out on all levels in every state to make sure it covers every American and not have some lose out because the government claims Qualified Immunity and there ends up being no just compensation which is required to be paid per the US Constitution.

Maybe we can get our ‘Re-inhabited Republic for the united States of America’ in place before we have to go this far and it gets fixed.
