The National Guard have been out of their State Jurisdictions visually and heavily, daily, weekly, monthly after the amendment to Title 50 Chapter 33 with Section 1550 on Dec 20, 2019.

The clause is VERY key in all the EOs in those time periods… which we are still in those time slots.
Title 10 = Presidential / UCMJ.
Title 32 = State Authority.
Title 50 = War and National Defense.
The only person who can Federalize the National Guard to Active-Duty is the President, Title 10.
The only Title 10 “Biden” invoked was EO 14097 which was a follow-up to 14059.
EO’s 14059 and 14097 are for International Drug T---------g…. and are Continuous Orders all under the Title 50 Section 1550, in which President Trump launched the Operations on T---------g with Orders before those with EO 13773 that ties into the launch of the Counternarcotics Operation with 22 Joint Partners, on April 1, 2020, with SouthCom.

Title of 50 USC Chapter 33 Section 1550:
‘Reports and briefings on use of military force and support of partner forces.’
EO 13912 signed March 27, 2020, in the first 180-days from the §1550 clause… is the Federalization of 1 Million Reserves.
Reserves are FEDERAL only.
President Trump was at the border in Feb 2024 with the Governor and Adjutant General of Texas.
The same day President Trump was in Del Rio, media said “Biden” was in Brownsville, TX, with two C-32’s, that did not fly with Presidential Call Sign SAM, and Brownsville dot Gov site to this day says the 47th President visited…
Federalized which also eliminates a State Emergency and State of Texas action, only.
The Adjutant General reports to the Governor UNLESS the National Guard are FEDERALIZED by Title 10.

What Title 10 were the National Guard Federalized by, if “Biden’s” Title 10 in EO 14097 is for International Drugs?
Some 500 federal laws take effect upon a presidential declaration of emergency.
National Emergencies tie into Writ of Habeas Corpus which is Article 1 Section 9 Clause 2 of the Constitution aka the Suspension Clause.
Article 1 Section 9 Clause 2 = rebellion or invasion of Public Safety.
Article 1 Section 9 Clause 2 = when that happens, the Constitution can be suspended.

Presidential Emergency Action Documents will hold all the answers.
PEADs are Draft Classified EOs and other documents.
