In response to Thomas Smith’s recent post in Operation Disclosure I respectfully submit the following attached article which I have also copied and pasted to avoid concerns regarding attachments. My position within The Republic for the united States of America is interim governor.

A recent post by author Thomas Smith on operationdisclosureofficial.com brings the reader face to face with a sensational narrative. Many novels and movie scripts are built on a stunning narrative too but how do we compare the movie to a piece of journalism, which has built into it some expectation of truth, when the writer has not even looked at the facts far enough to accurately spell the names of at least one of two being accused. This information is not hard to find.
We seem to have lost our ability to ask questions in our world today. Having a juicy tidbit is a highly prized feather in the hat of a journalistic writer but the public these days is much more interested in truth than in years past and it may not be to the writer’s advantage to continue in the mode of “it won’t matter”.
Fact: The Re-inhabited Republic was set up to function under the jurisdiction given in the Northwest Ordinance in returning to that time when the Constitutional Republic was abandoned and then bring it forward as had been planned by our Founding Fathers. Under I Statue 50 the President was given authority to appoint officers with senate advisement or remove them unilaterally:
Furthermore, in the official letter given by President James Buchanan Geiger in the case where an interim office appointment is revoked there is provision made for “facing one’s accuser” through an affidavit which allows for a lawful, accurate explanation of one’s stance and belief that they have been mistreated. This is autographed but two witnesses or a notary public after the offended party has filled in the information to the best of their ability and attested to its accuracy as far as they know and state, then autograph and date it.
From the beginning of my time in the Republic, both as a member and presently as an interim officer, those in leadership have emphasized repeatedly that county assemblies are to be the focus once our eight state seats are filled according to the Northwest Ordinance. Membership numbers, as they have continued to go up substantially ever since last May of 2024, are shared with us frequently. It is also communicated to us by leadership that membership seems to increase following a podcast. Podcasts are happening on a frequent basis.
The Republic has quieted down once again following a period of relative aggravation by those within who had been appointed to an interim office and then decided to break off into their own groups and take the operations of various aspects of Republic business into their own hands. These were the same who accused Republic leadership of doing things that could not be substantiated but were, in fact, the very actions these rogue individuals were carrying out. They were not true to their oath of office and were, in fact, acting in clear opposition to the Republic and the efforts and accomplishments of said Republic and are, even now, the ones who are attempting to dismantle the Re-inhabited Republic, 14,000+ strong, and remake their own with less then 40 individuals.
These are the facts.”
