Someone years ago on a random blog I found had a very interesting theory that has caused me to consider many things. I will try to relay to you what I researched over the years sparsely. I have no extensive knowledge on this only what I remember from other entries on the subject.
The only reason I am bringing this up is because you had one caller who was on a show who said he witnessed a very traumatic incident as to what we are up against as humans regarding technology from other species that are found in these DUMBs located in the New Mexico town of Dulce.
He said he went into an area that was unauthorized for human employees. Something that is strictly forbidden. As this area was supposedly right under nightmare hall. Which I was said to be where all the human expirements take place. And he ran into what he thought was another altered human. The only thing different was its height and skin tone.
He said as he was approaching this Aryan looking 7 foot tall being it seemed to phase in and out of view as if something interfered with the energy field. And then this entity does something to a device on its belt. And the being said I will show you something.
The being proceeded to press this button and it morphs into this 8 foot tall Lizard looking creature. But this is not even the interesting part for me. As what I am about to relay has more to do with the sound frequency of the bell scene in Spiderman as to how or why they may have been removed.
Because if we are looking at the device that was used to cloak this creature as something more human. Let’s call it something creative. The Morphogenic Veil Projector (MVP). Sounds good? OK, let’s continue. Suppose this device generates a dynamic, bio-mimetic cloaking field, allowing the wearer to seamlessly alter their perceived physical form in the eyes of observers.

If the MVP’s Veil Frequency operates in a range overlapping with these soundwaves (say, between 100-500 Hz, common for large bells), the resonance could destabilize the field.
Picture the Spider-Man scene with Venom: the bell’s vibrations ripple through the air, scrambling the photonic matrix and bioelectric mimicry, causing the disguise to flicker or collapse like static on a TV screen revealing the reptilian underneath.
