Jared Kushner has been very vocal about Gaza’s waterfront property, saying it could be highly valuable to Israel and Palestinians should be moved out.

The proposed “Gaza 2035” vision reimagines Gaza as a futuristic smart city with skyscrapers, business hubs, and a green, high-tech landscape.

This utopian transformation envisions a prosperous and modernized region where Israel would retain security control.

The concept has already been presented to the Netanyahu government.
