NATIONAL AUTARKY SHOULD BE THE PRIMARY GOAL OF US POLICY

The power of production is the source of power in the modern industrial age. The tragedy of the United States is that the power over the country was turned over the financiers whose goal was to make money by destroying US industries which was the source of all US power in 1945 by currency rigging. In order to accomplish this the currencies had to be manipulated and they merely told the foreign sellers of manufactured goods to have their countries buy dollars to support US buying power as outlined with this exchange with Robert Rubin when he was Secretary of the Treasury.  Great fortunes were made shifting the industrial production of the US overseas though this is what has always been regarded as economic treason.

The solution to this is that the US must force the foreign selling nation to make their currencies so expensive that this buying of foreign products will collapse by simply unwinding the trades in their artificial support of the dollar. At the same time the US must sponsor the construction of refineries in the US to replace the overseas refineries and build factories to replace those factories that were destroyed by the imports ending the humongous trade deficit. If they do not cooperate then tariffs must be raised as President Trump is doing.

Here is a description of the oil industry but it applies to all the domestic industries destroyed by rigged currencies.

The age of internationalism is moving towards a close. Here we cover the urgent need to develop national self-sufficiency in oil production as soon as possible. We cover here the energy deficit but the principle is the same along the line of all industrial production. Industrial production must be returned to the United States by currency realignments or by tariffs.  These are major national security concern.

Let’s cover oil consumption as a major problem but it equally applies as a principle to all industrial production:

US refineries to process it as it was light. So we exported the light. The question is in the US how many barrels of heavy oil are being processed as heavy oil.  It is vitally important to the national security interest that the US should be self-sufficient in its oil production as part of its national self-sufficiency program. We need the heavy as well as the light processed in the US and as much as possible to become nationally self-sufficient. We at Genoil are part of this national security interest.  And the Genoil technology described in the next link can create energy self-sufficiency in the US.

We are dealing with as you note 13.5 million barrels of oil coming out of the ground in the US.  It appears a majority is light, and it would be good to know how much of that is being shipped out of the United States to be processed as light oil. Here Genoil can come in converting the residue of the light into a more valuable light oil as part of a national self-sufficiency drive in the US which is a Donald Trump goal.. For example, light oil average is 60% light oil and 40% heavy oil (residue) that we can convert that 40% to light oil or a 66% increase in light oil. If this was done in the US the US would increase its national self-sufficiency. Refineries would be built for light oil here in the US. The US wants to be as self-sufficient as possible as its imports of oil by tankers could be interrupted by submarines in war as well as everything else. The US should be self-sufficient in everywhere possible as our Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean moats can become infested with submarines of our enemy. The just in time production of factories overseas can be blocked in a war by advanced submarines. We have to bring this home now. It not only will eliminate the trade deficit but it will also insure that in a war we will have the production base in the United States.

Now let us say that the US heavy oil is being processed overseas that is being purchased as heavy oil at a very low price. In a war it can be blocked. It is noteworthy in World War Two that the US could not contemplate the Normandy invasion as long as German submarines dominated the seas. We had to win the sea battle first. Our potential adversaries have the most advanced technologies. We can make that heavy oil into light oil in the US dramatically increasing its value in the US by keeping it in the US. We also have the process for heavy oil as well to make it light oil only for the purpose of national self-sufficiency for the United States. Right now it is being processed as heavy oil which is a much lower value. However, the US would have to convert their heavy oil refineries into light oil refineries which the oil companies have been reluctant to do. They are internationalists and do not care about the US national security.

The question, then, is what is in the best interest of the United States.

We have stirred up great interest in our process in the Middle East, Africa, etc. and they can take care of themselves. What we do there does not impinge on the United States national security but helps it.

Here is a giant fact. The world light oil production exceeds 80 million barrels a day and about 13 million barrels a day of heavy oil s also produced. Yet in the ground 70% of the oil is heavy. The major oil companies DO NOT WANT THE HEAVY OIL DRILLED.

What I am trying to do is create a rational oil policy for the United States and Canada if it decides to merge with the United States.  What we do know is that the heavy oil is being processed in refineries in the United States but the light oil is being shipped out of the country.   We do not see this as wise should we have a policy that Trump is pursuing of national self-sufficiency which means all our factory production returns to the United States and the United States becomes a great self-sufficient industrial power again as China has become. China, though, is not self-sufficient in oil which is a gigantic weakness. Russia is absolutely vital to China for oil and natural gas or otherwise their natural resources as oil must come over the seas that can be interdicted by submarines of an adversary power.  

WHAT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT FOR THE US TO UNDERSTAND IS THAT IT MUST BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT IN ALL INDUSTRIAL AREAS POSSIBLE IN THE INTERESTS OF NATIONAL DEFENSE.  

FOR EXAMPLE, THE US CANNOT KEEP THE STRAITS OF HORMUZ OPEN IF IT IS BLOCKADED AND MUST CREATE A BUSINESS PLAN TO COPE WITH IT WHICH MEANS AGAIN NATIONAL SELF-SUFFICIENCY IN ALL AREAS POSSIBLE.
