THIS IS THE LAW OF ONE.

THIS ***ONE*** IS ***THE DIVINE***.

*THIS DIVINE* IS YOUR *HIGHEST SELF*, Which You May Have Been Able to EXPERIENCE In the Previous MEDITATION (“Course Lesson”).

In Simple Form, This Could Be Represented As Follows:

THE *** ONENESS*** OF “ALL AND EVERYTHING”  =

ACTUAL REALITY   =

YOUR HIGHEST SELF   =

*THE DIVINE*   =

THE *** ONENESS*** OF “ALL AND EVERYTHING”.

MEDITATION

INSIST On THE IDEA VERY VERY HARD, That The THE ABOVE Is *NOT TRUE*, and that You ARE ACTUALLY COMPLETELY DISTINCT AND SEPARATE FROM ALL THE OTHER INDIVIDUALS AND THINGS  AND EXPERIENCE THIS IDEA AS *YOUR TRUTH*.

Repeat The Above a Few More Times.

Now Have The IDEA That You ***ARE** THE *ONENESS* OF “ALL AND EVERYTHING” AND EXPERIENCE IT SO.

Now Have The IDEA That YOU, — As THE *** ONENESS*** OF “ALL AND EVERYTHING”, — ***ARE*** Your HIGHEST SELF, AND EXPERIENCE IT SO.

Now Have The IDEA That You, — As THE *** ONENESS*** OF “ALL AND EVERYTHING”, — ARE *THE DIVINE*, AND EXPERIENCE IT SO.

Now EXPERIENCE THIS Once More, But With The ATTENTION On Your EXPERIENCE OF ***BEING*** ALL AND EVERYTHING.
