We The People should not just push for our true Constitutional Rights, but push 18 U.S. Code § 241 as many law enforcement, prosecutors, judges and public officials violate this every day.
This is the time we should push for this Code as we are in the change towards our ‘Re-inhabited Republic for the united states of America’ coming about for all We The People to know the truth.
This is the notion that Qualified Immunity is NOT above the law for government officials and if the people speak of 18 U.S. Code § 241 on Record then it cannot be redacted in defense unless the judge orders it and then they are to be removed from office and be convicted on these charges.The First Amendment allows us to speak of this Code and law enforcement cannot just have us arrested for bringing this out to others as when they do they just violated this Code and criminal charges can be filed against them for not complying with this.
18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights:
“If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
“If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—
“They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include k--------g or an attempt to k----p, aggravated s----l a---e or an attempt to commit aggravated s----l a---e, or an attempt to k--l, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.”
