Since the USA, INC. has been shut down along with the IRS and the Federal Reserve then I am demanding my payment of stock in myself coming from the only thing left, the External Revenue Service!
We don’t need a re-evaluation of the 2025 USA budget or coming to the 2026 – 2029 budgets before any payments are made for the R&R and NESARA payouts as those are to come first or else Trump and his Administration are out. Those funds are already sitting there.
As long as the New USA Republic holds onto We The Peoples’ Birth Certificates and just keeps us as US Citizens without making it an official government record for us as Sovereign Beings, as removing the present 13th Amendments forward dealing with US Citizens, then we are still non-living beings and they don’t have to pay us as we are just chattel in the wind.

People may claim this does not exist, but presently Trump is in a bad situation with the amounts of funds available in gold, silver and other assets collected that the US Military has redeemed recently, thus he cannot claim the New USA Republic is now broke and the government has hit its debt limit for the year 2025 so they cannot even payout the R&R to We The People.
The R&R and NESARA payouts have nothing to do with any government budget, but they have been now seized from the DS pockets.
All the 650 planes of gold seized is worth nothing unless a Dollar amount is placed on it and someone purchases it. Let the people purchase the gold with their Birth Certificate funds and the New USA Republic lives off of some of those funds.

It should be a promise kept by the reports going around that what has been seized from the DS is now in the hands of the New USA Republic Treasury via the External Revenue Service and does not need to be reported in the annual government budget on what is to be handed out to We The People, which belongs to them.
One report I think has said they have enough funds seized that is $1 with 38 Zeros which to pay $5 Million to each of 300 Million Americans is $15 with only 14 Zeros.
Those people will not have this cash or assets in their own home or locked in a vault as it is just numbers in the banking system.
Investing this $5,000,000 for each people with a good 4 % interest rate is $200,000 annually, and if they are invested in US Treasury Bonds the government may receive the same amount and with 200 Million lawful adults that comes to $40 Trillion annually without taxes.
