So Are You Saying What I Think You Are Saying?
Well I would say rumor holds there is a secretive HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) installation in Greenland, possibly hidden near or within Thule Air Base the northernmost U.S. military installation, perched on the edge of the polar ice cap.
A Little Birdy Told Me This
Officially, Thule is known for ballistic missile early warning systems and satellite tracking. But conspiracies allege that beneath its publicly acknowledged missions lies a sophisticated ionospheric heater (similar to the original HAARP in Gakona, Alaska) capable of manipulating global weather patterns particularly the polar vortex.
The HAARP concept revolves around heating sections of the ionosphere, which, in turn, can subtly alter wind patterns, particularly the jet stream that influences global weather.
The polar vortex a large area of low pressure and cold air swirling over the Arctic can be disrupted or strengthened if the jet stream’s flow is artificially nudged. A high-powered ionospheric heater might shift the polar vortex south, resulting in extreme cold blasts in regions of the U.S.
Conversely, deactivating or powering down that system might mean the jet stream is no longer artificially weakened or deviated. Thus, America might experience a more typical winter, rather than a deep freeze.
No wonder John Fetterman was wearing shorts today.
