If Trump takes an Oath on 20 Jan. with a USA Gold Fringe Flag anywhere near him or it is in his office then he gives his Oath to the British Crown and Admiralty Law.
The Gold Fringe Flag means ‘honorable enrichment’ which from the 1830s the U.S. Army soon began using them and later in the 1800s all American flags had the Gold Fringe on their Flags and now the state and local government flags.
The gold fringe flag is historically used during times of war in maritime admiralty law. The gold fringe flag is not the same flag that is approved for our Constitutional Republic in USA code Title 4 Ch 1 & Ch 2. The fourth color (yellow) is not approved in the code.
We have given the flag flown at half mast recently for the passing of former President Carter as that is a must, but for having any military and government facilities or equipment flying with that Gold Fringe on their Flag means that they are not for the Sovereign USA Republic.
If the US Military does not want to remove that Gold Fringe from their Flags then they are not a part of the ‘Republic for the united States of America’ as they want to follow admiralty law and now an enemy of that Sovereign Republic.
The patches the US Military wear on their uniforms is a symbol of war and if they will not ever wear the proper flag patch of the red and white stripes in a vertical position without the gold / yellow border, which is the sign of peace, then they should not represent our nation.
Will Trump change to the Peace Flag which has the stripes 90 degrees from which they are now?
