Who made the decision that the 5 Nov., 2024 elections were to be for the ‘Re-inhabited Republic for the united States of America’ without the announcement of NESARA?
“Donald Trump is our Commander in Chief, and has been since he was elected in 2016. He has never left his position. His inauguration on Mon. 20 Jan. 2025 has to be to the President of the Restored American Republic, not to the privately owned US Inc, which was broke and defunct as of Wed. 1 Jan. 2025.”
The only ones that voted in the USA, INC. 5 Nov., 2024 elections were US citizens, dual citizens or undocumented foreigners and not the authorized Sovereign People of this Republic knowing it was for the ‘Re-inhabited Republic for the united States of America.’

- “3. What emergency scenario will be most likely regarding the turning over of an election if D. Trump is not sworn in by congress? Will D. Trump use this as an urgent measure to reinstate himself as the President of the Republic? Because given how many corrupt parties we have this inauguration I’m sure has them quite nervous.”
How did this Presidential Emergency Action Documents (PEADs) come about as was it a law passed by the de-facto Congress, an Executive order by the de-facto President, a military action by the US Military Joint Chiefs of Staff or an order by CIC Trump himself?
How can D. Trump reinstate himself as the President of the Republic when he was never elected as President of the Republic even in 2016? I guess D. Trump was sworn in by the de-facto Congress in 2017 and Trump can just decide for himself he is now the USA Republic President without being sworn in by the ‘Republic for the united States of America’ Congress with true Sovereign People.
The NESARA Law specifies that only after 120 days of the announcement of NESARA there will be elections for the ‘Republic for the united States of America’ and I have not heard about this Nationwide Public announcement and CIC Trump cannot just have it brought up in the EBS as it has already happened for himself.

CIC Trump cannot change that Law unless he makes the US Military in charge where he has then made a coup for himself for this nation.
The way I see it is that CIC Trump and the US Military have no jurisdiction to do anything to remove the Sovereign People that have already taken their seat in this ‘Re-inhabited Republic for the united States of America.’
What will happen to the Sovereign People that set up the ‘Re-inhabited Republic for the united States of America’ as will they have to hand it over to CIC Trump or be sent to GITMO for not handing it over to him?
