I wonder if John Roberts being nervous about something has to do with this?
• How old is this photo?
• How does it apply currently?
• When will it be implemented?
The Date Of?
1. The context is more important than when this was posted given the nature of the document and what it is used for. Because even just 3 years ago what other event would warrant using this emergency measure if not for 2020 being the sole reason it is necessary in times of crisis.
The How?
2. When you think about it. The Presidential Emergency Action Documents (PEADs) are draft classified executive orders, proclamations, and messages to Congress that are prepared for the President of the United States to exercise or expand powers in anticipation of a range of emergency hypothetical worst-case scenarios, so that they are ready to sign.
The When?
3. What emergency scenario will be most likely regarding the turning over of an election if D. Trump is not sworn in by congress? Will D. Trump use this as an urgent measure to reinstate himself as the President of the Republic? Because given how many corrupt parties we have this inauguration I’m sure has them quite nervous.
