This is why timestamps matter.
So, you saw the December 30, 2024, ABC article about Jack Smith appealing classified documents case against President Trump’s co-defendants.
Look at this ABC article from July 15, 2024.
He told you he had the Presidential Records Act of 1978 and “Biden” didn’t.
Naturally liberals and other people who have no clue what’s going on would tie that into 2020 and say he can’t get over “losing.”
But that Judge proves to the crowd that goes from not a clue, doubters, to haters, that you’re in a Military Government, Military Occupation, Continuity of Operations and Government.
Smith overseeing the documents case was unconstitutional because Smith was not appointed by the president or confirmed by Congress.

You already have the result of this: dismissed.
Dismissal = VALIDATION.
And again, President Trump told you he won his documents case BECAUSE he has the Presidential Records Act, “Biden” doesn’t.
Part Two:
This is why reading is import but comprehension is equally important.
Supreme Court Docket 23A745 from February 20, 2024, look what it says:
‘Only Congress Can Create a Federal Office.’
The dismissal of the documents case wasn’t from the Supreme Court.

So, why is this Docket filed with the United States Supreme Court?
In July 2024, they called him a “former” President during the dismissal.
On December 30, 2024, the on the co-defendants dismissal, they call him a SITTING President.
There’s a few validities there:
Presidential Records Act
Sitting President
Military Government/COG
This Operation was to DRAIN the Swamp NOT replicate it.
Right is right.
Wrong is wrong.
You CANNOT support President Trump and simultaneously support those who replicate what the swamp does to him.
Good guys roles are to protect you from the wolves even if you hate us initially.
That’s a reaction and an emotion.

If you believe President Trump and those around him are the only ones fighting and the only who can… you’re missing the point of this whole thang.
But that DEFINITELY doesn’t involve hoodwinking people.
IF all it took was a Supreme Court case to overturn an election simply because you wanted President Trump visually back in office…
How would the WHOLE Global Swamp been caught, trapped, exposed, and blocked from growing back?
And why did we lose lives in Military Operations with all the Laws and Orders invoked that more than proves, defines, and outlines a Military Government, Occupation, and Continuity of Operations and Government?
Amongst ALL the other things invoked.
When you apply those two, you’ll see how many people were deceived by other things.
President Trump’s cases filed are in the timely manner of the Strategic Plan.

Simply wanting President Trump back due to 2020 alone… would not have allowed a Strategic Plan and Operation DRAIN THE SWAMP.
