Who are ‘White Hats’?
White Hats are military personnel who work directly with Galactic Federation and are involved with covert activities that can’t be publicized for various reasons (until the Shift).
They are connected to other issues that would cause widespread fear or outrage if publicly known, including ongoing ET contact, high-level arrests of public figures and take downs of cloning facilities.
White Hats are human starseeds originating from Galactic Federation races, who are serving this function through their soul plan agreements. It could be seen as a ‘loophole’ allowing GF to take direct action in human form.
Pleiadians say there are hundreds of active White Hats around the world. They’re not all US-born, but they all work at bases connected to the US military.
They travel on Galactic Federation crafts, and some have gone off-planet to GF bases on the Moon and Mars. Their memories of these experiences may be temporarily blocked to prevent distractions in their daily lives.
At times in the past, White hats have been given advanced technology like “Looking Glass” (which can see a short distance into the future). Looking Glass changed hands over the years and is now stored unused in a base in Antarctica.
Trump’s knowledge of Pleiadians and Galactic Federation first came from White Hats who approached him in the late 1980s. He’s been working with them for years and has had knowledge of many covert arrests.

I’ve previously shared how my Pleiadian brothers all have twin souls currently incarnated. Some of these incarnations are civilians like me, and some are active White Hats.

Neioh’s Incarnated Soul Aspect
He isn’t a twin soul but a ‘soul aspect’, which means he will integrate with Neioh at the moment of the Shift.
He was born in France. He’s 55 years old (2025) and is stationed primarily in Antarctica. He’s a US Navy Seal and serves as a liason between Pleiadians and other White Hats. He transports criminals to a holding place. He travels on Galactic Federation crafts. He’s been to BASK (GF base in Sedona) many times for meetings.
Akatu’s Twin Soul
He was born in Italy. He’s 55 years old (2025). He’s stationed primarily on a military base in Egypt. He boards crafts regularly to report Black Hat activities globally.
Laka’s Twin Soul
He was born in Germany. He’s 43 years old (2025). He travels on crafts and meets with Galactic Federation. He’s stationed at Ramstein base in Germany.
Archangel Raphael’s Incarnation
He has short brown hair. He’s worked on important missions behind the scenes. He travels with Elder Ikai and Archangel Michael.
