I am of the opinion that 3rd worlders are NOT as bright or brighter than 1st World US citizens. The problem seems to be EDUCATION.
Fix the education system before throwing out Americans with the bathwater and over running with people who wish to change our culture.
The problem does not seem to be intelligence but the willingness to work for sub-par wages. And a lot of shabby work is the result. Language Communication is a problem with non-English speakers who do not assimilate. How do you instruct them?
America was built by intelligent Americans. Where else in the world does civilization level exist on par with America? If not, why do they come here? It is America they want to mooch off. It is America that sends them our tax money.
Keep our tax money to revamp the education system. Problem solved.
