At The Precise Moment And Exact Location, The Programmed ROC Will Stop. The Ground Below The Moving Parts That Cut And Grind, Will Open As Dirt And Debris Fly Upward. The ROC Will Descend Into The Open Ground And The Dirt Will Move Over The Area And Become As It Was.
