Donald Trump knows what the bottom line is. And I have shared that with you all. This is not about going on the offensive with personal ambitious rhetoric against H1B.
This is about what the clean up will look like after the revaluation does that by itself. Because I told you all everything is only in stasis mode because of one thing.

Many H1B workers come from countries where labor is cheaper. A stronger local currency means U.S. companies save less by hiring foreign workers. This is why D. Trump doesn’t have to appear on the outside of the issue.
If the cost of H1B labor approaches or exceeds that of hiring Americans, companies will naturally shift back to employing domestic workers. So this shift will happen on its own for the majority of this practice without D. Trump lifting a finger.

So we have to understand Donald Trump does not have to play into the online dissertation regarding this subject that had many MAGA loyalists on edge because they are clueless as to what is the real driving force behind why this H1B is an issue. Revaluation often reflects a stronger, more stable economy. As foreign workers see better opportunities at home, the incentive to seek U.S. jobs diminishes. This reduces the influx of H1B applicants, decreasing oversaturation in the tech and labor markets.
With reduced cost advantages, companies may reserve H1B visas for highly specialized roles rather than mid-level or entry-level positions. This is why he said the H1B will be for very high positions. Corporations were using H1B applicants for areas that did not require this. That anyone one working at McDonald’s could have done. Which required no degrees. No certification. No special talent. Because that’s what will be left once India revalue their currency. This is why emphasis should be on high skilled.
Many companies hired H1B workers for routine IT, coding, and tech support roles that didn’t require advanced skills or rare expertise. These positions could have easily been filled by entry-level American graduates or mid-career workers. H1B workers were often paid below market wages compared to their American counterparts.
By hiring foreign workers at lower rates, companies cut costs while sidelining qualified U.S. applicants. Corporations like Disney and major tech firms laid off American workers and replaced them with H1B visa holders.
In some cases, laid-off workers were even forced to train their foreign replacements before leaving. So people need to relax and understand that there is a larger game at play that will take care if itself.
