On February 29, 2024, Leap Year… President Trump puts the stamp of validation on my book again with his visuals at the State of Texas Border.
What the whole world witnessed was a Chain of Command, Rank Structure, visual.
President Trump, the center and focal piece, with the Governor of Texas, Abbott, not fully pictured above in wheelchair, and Adjutant General just to the right behind President Trump.
President Trump said two different times the term: Military Operation.
The Adjutant General puts the stamp of validity on the Wartime President title with the definition of an Adjutant General.
The Adjutant General is the Commanding Officer of all the forces in a state. They report to the State Chief Executive aka the Governor UNLESS the National Guard are Federalized under Title 10.
The ONLY person who can Federalize the National Guard and Reserves to Active-Duty is the President.

The State of Nebraska sent their National Guard to Texas the week before and the State of Arkansas sent their National Guard the week after this visual.
Now, what are the coincidences that the National Guard were Federalized under Title 10?
March 27, 2020, with Executive Order 13912, invoking Title 10 Section 12302.
and
April 30, 2020, with Executive Order 13919, invoking Title 10 Section 12304.
When the Commander walks in a room, a junior rank is to yell: “At Ease!”
If you’ll look the video up… you’ll see the Governor, come in and the guy you saw standing on stage in picture above this one, say, “good to see you, man” to him.

Then when President Trump walks in behind him… he said, “Mr. President.”
Sure, many people have called actual Former Presidents, President.
It’s the visual of the Adjutant General and the Border Operation via Title 10 that validates Wartime President Trump.
And this dime piece from February 2024, when John Bolton, was on CNN saying:
“I think Trump’s gonna do everything he can to maintain himself in power, he does have the Constitution standing in his way this time, which expressly bars a 3rd Term, but I’m sure one of the things he’ll do is launch an effort to amend the Constitution.”
Cannot read the headline there. One would have to listen to his comment.
The one rare time when reading isn’t the payoff… HAHA.
President Trump is saluting because He’s a Wartime President as prescribed by Laws and Orders invoked.
