Derek Johnson: It Pays to Read, Study, and Comprehend the Laws

Part One:

Be sure to @ a doubting or fence riding Republican or Conservative and Liberals.

They need to be informed no matter how much air they bark.

This is why it pays to read, study, and comprehend the Laws.

Liberals all over social media are only looking their normal ignorance, but they’re pouring on their normal hypocrisy into extreme hypocrisy.

One, there’s more than enough solid proof, via United States Federal Laws and Military Laws, both together and separate, to outline the United States has been in a Military Government, Military Occupation, Continuity of Operations, Continuity of Government, Government in Exile, all Special Operations, Clandestine Operations, Unconventional Warfare, and Irregular Warfare, in multi-facets.

Two, one of those Laws is Executive Order 13848 with a National Emergency declared on September 12, 2018, along with National Guard dot Mil sites confirming the Cyberwarfare Security Teams being activated for all Elections in November 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024, and I can easily make a case for 2016, once one comprehends the basic requirements to Federalize the Reserves and National Guard. 

Comprehension of those alone null and voids any further discussion of President Trump, November 3, 2020, January 6, 2021, and now November 5, 2024.

But just for the sake of, because liberals are the loudest yellers and barkers, there’s a way to stifle their bark, at least in your minds because most of those heathens will never be happy, no matter who it is.

Name a Republican or Conservative, ANY Republican or Conservative, who could find the cure to all things Cancer and Diseases, and they’ll find a way to hate them.

A Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government means more than the President knows what’s going on. 

A Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government means no one took Oaths with Congress and Courts, because they’re under a list of 8 National Essential Functions to maintain during the time period.

My book and my platform via posts and videos explains how we arrived at those. You’ll have to do the research and studying for those for this post to make sense.

This post is for those who’ve already done the reading, studying and research, but for the solace from the Delegates vote turned in, to next step January 6, 2025, to January 20, 2025.

In the argument where it says:

Only Congress can create a Federal Office.

That alone solves everything. That alone outlines Military Government and Continuity of Operations on the side that’s read and studied everything in Laws and Orders that’s been invoked. 

The other is Jack Smith was never sworn in by Congress. That’s why President Trump called him a fraud. 

Calling him a fraud is for the average crowd who knows nothing about what’s in Laws and Orders invoked anywhere on the spectrum. The drama crowd. 

Now, this is where your brain can go Logic or Liberal. 

One can say, “well, if Congress already knew he was a fraud then….”

There’s no then. 

There’s your answer to there’s a blueprint in place.

The other, the liberal, who doesn’t know how to unravel toilet paper correctly, will say, “blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, The Constitution, blah, blah, blah, he/her/him, chop/my/wiener/off, blah blah blah, blah blah blah, why won’t you accept me, blah blah blah blah blah blah”…

They only know the word Constitution. They know nothing about it. And in this case they’re extremely trapped.

Because either way… if they do or don’t want to read, study, comprehend a Wartime President plus a Military Government, Military Occupation, Continuity of Operations, Continuity of Government, Government in Exile, all Special Operations, Clandestine Operations, Unconventional Warfare, and Irregular Warfare…

Then stoop to their level and go, okay, so your boy… Jacko… Jack Smith filed a Supreme Court Case against President Trump in February 2024… that says:

“The charged crimes strike at the heart of our democracy. A President’s alleged criminal scheme to overturn an election and thwart the peaceful transfer of power to his successor should be the last place to recognize a novel form of absolute immunity from federal criminal law.”

The indictment alleges that after losing his campaign for re-election, applicant engaged in fraudulent conduct for the purpose of overturning the 2020 election and preventing the transfer of power.”

So,  which one is it FrooFroo Fighters? 

You’re all yelling that President Trump cheated in this Election, and “Kamala” should fight until the end, challenge the Election. 

That’s the same exact terminology. Same scenario. 

So, are you guys advocating an uprising for January 6, 2025?

Because January 6, 2021, was already covered via Laws and Orders, none of you know anything about… because you lack the ability to use logic, common sense, plus book smarts, because that’s not what your base is about.

But on January 6, 2021, there’s already bookstamped evidence for a Military Government, Military Occupation, Continuity of Operations, Continuity of Government, Government in Exile, all Special Operations, Clandestine Operations, Unconventional Warfare, and Irregular Warfare, in multi-facets, by MULTIPLE leaders, MULTIPLE nationalities, MULTIPLE religions, and MULTIPLE backgrounds, that none of you can yell anything when the facts are presented when they’re ready to present them.

On January 6, 2021, TWO Objections took place in the State of Arizona count; every American already witnessed History at that point. 

Very last sentence of 3 United States Code 15: “No votes or papers from any other State shall be acted upon until the objections previously made to the votes or papers from any State shall have been finally disposed of.”

Wow. Funny. That never happened. Conveniently, two 20,000 lb doors, that open from the inside, of the most secure place on the planet, mysteriously opened, and YOUR “insurrection” took place. 

When the “smoke” cleared on TV, because none of your asses were there, but “new” evidence shows 31 FBI informants were (PLANNED), the “Congress” rushed back in and counted votes from Arizona to Wyoming and confirmed “Joe.”

It ain’t the “Constitution” you want to be yelling in your ignorant and hypocritical “opinions.”

You’re all trapped. And it’s epic and beautiful watching the party of “unity, love, and peace” and the party with bumper stickers: “co-exist”… display exactly who you are.

Traitors to America, real N--i’s, unappreciative, ignorant, and uneducated fools.
