It has been reported we are in WWIII which is not really a physical war but a financial and political war which includes Soldiers of a certain type.
“Third Amendment:
“No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.”
There does not have to be a Declaration of War by Congress or the President as it says even ‘in time of peace.’ This also includes when we Americans cannot find housing due to overcrowding of foreigners.
These Soldiers can be the recruits from other countries that were brought here ‘in time of peace be quartered in any house’ to be voters in our recent elections and they were housed in certain precincts to get the higher amounts of votes for the enemy party candidates which just happen to lose in many of the elections, but did win in some.

So our Taxpayer’ funds were used to house these Soldiers in our so-called home ‘without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war’ and government officials were on the enemy side supporting these Soldiers to keep them here and them not paying for themselves.
So Mayor Mike Johnston has actually violated the Third Amendment and should be held for Treason as the homeless and even true American Veterans could not be housed with those same funds.

The physical way is when the Soldiers commit any kind of violence to others, which has happened, and they are never convicted of those crimes, but they are released to do it all over again and that is war.
By the way, since I reported on the NAWS aircraft flying overhead last Tuesday it has been quiet skies for nearly a week now and that should not be just because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
