Hello Mr. Duff,
I am interested in the articles you wrote on Identity Theft. Referring to Inland Piracy by those who are given a badge and gun. These pirates are not interested in our unalienable and fundamental right to Travel Freely on our public roadways that we fund. As order followers they do what they are told. Since many are low IQ fools they are all about pulling people over for no reason, just to get that crack, I mean ID.
After completing their 8 week academy training that does not include knowledge of any laws or ever learning the Constitution they are set free to do as they please.
None of which knows people are not obligated to give an ID unless they have or is about, or have committed a crime, RAS. Being pulled over many times a pirate wont answer why you were stopped until you provide your license and paperwork. Denying them your license and paperwork until they provide a reason for the stop only escalates their hurt egos with a threat of arrest for failure to identify then the need to drag you from your car for Obstruction and then resisting.
Too many times we have seen exactly this play out in countless YouTube videos. For those who know their rights and laws, rarely are they listened to. Instead you are called a “sidewalk lawyer”, “one of those”, and asked “Do you enforce laws?” “Its not your job to tell me the law”. Even though you are right they will argue with lies.
These pirates work closely with the courts and DMV to generate revenue. The States have illegally forced the people to be required to have Commercial Licenses, claiming we are all in commerce in our personal automobiles. We are all making money while we drive. Over the decades several State officials have brought this to the attention of the Governors and Secretary of State just to be ignored. The corruption has gone so deep and their entitlement that they are above the law and the people for so long they have no intention of losing billions in revenue no matter what the Constitution says, or what the people say.
The Supreme Court has ruled on this right to “Travel Freely” countless times. They have also updated and announced that the people have a 1st Amendment Right to Free Press that allows us to record our public servants while performing their duties, to record in public buildings that are funded by taxpayer money and record on public sidewalks. Anything we can see with our eyes can be recorded. There is no expectation of privacy in public. The Supreme Court sent this directly to all PD’s in every State and yet 100’s are violated daily. What good is the Supreme court if corrupt officials do as they wish?
For 2 decades I have advocated for the right to Travel Freely, I have tried educating the masses, just to be verbally attacked and called despicable names by ignorant people. It is absolutely staggering to learn that 80% of people do not know the Constitution–Declaration of Independence–Bill of Rights, and when they try to cite an Amendment nothing but garbage comes out of their mouths.
