How loud will this ‘loud, unmistakable alert signal’ be and will it be not just on cell phones but on land lines too thus interfering with emergency calls?

I am just informing people maybe they shouldn’t be on their phones, near them or they have their phones completely turned off those two days if it will be this bad. This is just proper questions to ask and my statements for people to be aware of it.
Some have said before that it will only be on cell phones, as for my friend on Sunday he got one where it was something quiet like a call or text coming in, but it was there.
If you can only get it while your cell phone is on or you don’t have one like me then we won’t get the EAS to prepare for the EBS. If it is just a signal and not a message then what are people think about and to do if unless they watch these websites talking about all this?
Will it be so loud like a microphone in an auditorium or indoor sports arena where the wrong signal went out with a screech that was bad enough for those there or watching on TV.
Will it be so loud to wake people up from their sleep and even make babies and children cry as it was so loud?
Should people not have their phones next to their ears when it happens that they immediately have to go to the hospital with more than a ringing in their ear and they do become deaf afterwards?

Is this the sign that the EBS will be starting within minutes or an hour or so that people must get home ASAP, but they don’t know why this signal came out?
Will this also be on land lines where it interrupts ALL calls even for doing important calls for banking, medical treatments or some others in dealing with law enforcement and emergency services? It won’t be too good while if in a courtroom if it goes out loud enough on every phone at one time, even if the phone was turned off.
Will drivers be effected with the loud sound or effecting the GPS signals to have people crash their vehicles because it is so deafening?
Will it just also happen to interfere with the internet as now it will interfere with phone lines and WiFi signals as it needs to halt those signals?
Maybe they have already tested this EAS elsewhere, but to get it out to the world it has to be a loud enough signal with not just megahertz but with gigahertz, 1,000 fold?
Maybe if this does not happen then someone read my message here and corrected it before it happened, but I gave my warning of the EAS.
