(Reader: Le Patriote) Stop the Insanity

Hi Folks, I want to propose a couple of scenarios to you!

SCENARIO ONE

You are traveling and decide you are hungry so you pull into a burger restaurant, lets call it McDingal’s and you park and as you go inside the door says Welcome to McDingal’s. You and your family go up to the counter and order your meals and they ask  the usual “do you want fries with that?” and you finish ordering and pay.

Then two representatives of McDingal’s dressed up in french fry outfits with badges on them and carrying billy clubs come up to you and your family and ask you to follow them to an office room in the McDingal’s where Ronald McDingal is sitting behind a big desk and the room looks eerily like a little courtroom.

Ronald begins to inform you that you are now under the jurisdiction of the McDingal’s Corporation and that you have to pay a tax of $1,000  to them for using their services. 

Of course you tell Ronald that’s absolutely absurd and you will do no such thing.

Then Ronald informs you that they have every right because under the MUCC (McDingal’s Universal Commercial Code ) that is online on their websites it explicitly  states that the word WELCOME on the door when you enter means that by entering you are agreeing to abide by all statutes and codes of the McDingal’s Corporation.

Ronald then informs you that under the MUCC when you ordered food and agreed to fries with your meal you became a McDingal’s Citizen because it states accepting  fries means you are a fan of McDingal’s and are now a Citizen of McDingal’s and must pay all taxes and fines associated with being at McDingal’s.

Ronald then informs you that you can either serve a prison sentence in their jail or you can work off the taxes by working at the McDingal’s.

He also informs you that under the MUCC they can take possession of your Motor Vehicle parked in the parking lot and sell it to recoup the taxes.

Ronald then tells you if you are sentenced to jail time they will take possession of your children and put them in McDingal’s foster care until your sentence is over.

Now obviously this is hypothetical and we all know this is absolutely absurd and people would never allow this to happen right?

SCENARIO TWO    

You are at a public park in your town playing with your children and a ward of the court approaches you and serves you with a summons for unpaid taxes and to appear in court at your Town Hall.

So you go to court and the Judge dressed in a black robe asks you, are you JOHN MICHAEL DOE that resides at 8 Hemlock lane in THE TOWN OF CAMBRIDGE MA. 

You tell the Judge yes I am, he then asks you do you have a Drivers License and or a Marriage License, Passport, Hunting & Fishing License etc… and you tell him yes of course I do.

He then informs you that by admitting that you are JOHN MICHAEL DOE and admitting that you reside in a CORPORATE DISTRICT of THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION  under UCC (Universal Commercial Code of UNITED STATES) that is posted online you are now under the jurisdiction of THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION.

He then informs you that when you filled out your paper work for our services you admitted you are a UNITED STATES CITIZEN and must pay taxes and abide by all statutes and codes of UNITED STATES CORPORATION.

You tell the Judge that’s absolutely absurd and I will do no such thing so a couple of police officers of UNITED STATES CORPORATION come up to you with billy clubs and guns and stand next to you.

The Judge then tells you, you must either serve jail time at their jail or have your wages garnished until you pay off the taxes.

He also informs you they can take possession of your belongings to also pay off the tax.

He then tells you if you are sentenced to jail they will take possession of your children and put them in foster care until your sentence is over.

Now what is the difference between the two scenarios?

The answer is 100% absolutely nothing! there would be no difference between McDingal’s Corporation and UNITED STATES CORPORATION.

They are both Businesses!

Since when has a business had jurisdictional authority over you? Answer: never!

So why are “We The People” allowing this absolute insanity?

We are all living, breathing, flesh and blood Men and Woman and only answer to God!

It is clearly stated in 28 USC 3002-15 that UNITED STATES is a Federal Corporation.

UCC 9-307(h) clearly states that UNITED STATES is located in the District of Columbia, meaning they only have jurisdiction in Washington D.C.

By claiming you are a US Citizen you are under the jurisdiction of UNITED STATES CORPORATION.

Every Single TOWN, VILLAGE, CITY was Incorporated and are SUB CORPORATIONS of UNITED STATES CORPORATION so that they also fall under jurisdiction of District of Columbia.

By also admitting that you Reside at an address or you have a Residence you are also admitting to having an address inside a CORPORATE DISTRICT of UNITED STATES CORPORATION.

Start learning the Words because Words and Actions define who you are and who has Power over you!

Start taking your Power back, Power only exists when it is Given!

Start doing yourselves a favor and reading UCC Code you will realize the immense Fraud that has been perpetrated on Humanity!!!

The entire system must be taken down and replaced with Common Law, Law of the Land which is Gods Law!
