When our True New USA Republic comes about will the present Law Enforcement Get a Free Ride as the Qualified Immunity for them stays intact for all their previous actions? It’s not happening for the DS elite.
I watched some recent videos where Law Enforcement officers exerted themselves with excessive force on the accused and then it comes back on them they ended up with their abusive powers that they were terminated.
But all their charges of assault and other charges only gave them maybe 10 years of probation, about 1 year of house arrest and they lost their Law Enforcement certificate to work elsewhere in that position, yet they got NO prison time.
In other means they got Qualified Immunity compared to anyone of us with similar circumstances or less might even receive life in prison.
If We The People are to have Equal Rights with no more Admiralty Law in place then it should be that those Law Enforcement officers should have their cases looked over by Common Law judges and possibly put in prison for some time if not pay penalties for the others.
Or is the Fifth Amendment to be in place just for them; “nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb”? Yet here they were NOT put in ‘jeopardy’ as they were never sentenced correctly and Constitutionally under Common Law and the judges that sentenced them were B.A.R. judges complying with Qualified Immunity which is NOT a Legislative Law.
If everything stays the same then those that were accused, abused, wrongfully convicted and sentenced should they stay in prison as the statute of limitations has run out for their defense under Admiralty Law and the same goes for Common Law?

There has to be some type of order and not have life sentences and executions continue for the wrongfully accused under Admiralty Law when we no longer go by that of the DS!
Go push this through your Legislative bodies even now and see if we have patriot Legislators for the Republic.
