Without Just Compensation

Our government, so called USA, INC., has violated our Fifth Amendment Rights from day one without Compensating We The People for everything they have taken from us for their own good.

Fifth Amendment:

“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

You can pull other things out from the Fifth Amendment for use in our own violations, but the primary one is ‘without just compensation’ as the elite have made us pay for their so called own benefits for what they want and it ends up as criminal activity per the US Constitution, the laws of Congress and even comes down to USA Court decisions when they do back these up.

But even here the SCOTUS decision of Qualified Immunity does not push aside our government officials being required to pay us for what they have taken from us for their own good as then SCOTUS has declared that the US Constitution does not have to be complied with when it goes against them, their associates and / or the ones they get their orders from, the elite bankers.

I have heard that the real top elite of the money controllers are those in the Bank of International Settlements and that is why Switzerland has been neutral in all wars as they finance both sides of the wars to make more money for themselves and the ones they directly deal with.

Now with Trump and the White Hats, maybe they are going along with the BIS thinking they are the good guys and don’t want to disturb them as they have not been known for publicly funding the DS, yet they are. Trump will surely go down financially from being a billionaire if he does not comply.

There has been a court case that a lady, which a SWAT team destroyed her home to catch a criminal and the local government claimed Qualified Immunity, that her attorney used the Fifth Amendment on ‘Eminent Domain’ which is the ‘just compensation’ part that is to be used as the government must pay We The People back. The lady did win her case based on that.

Now We The People are to force Trump, the White Hats and the New USA Republic Treasury to pay us something for starters, per the ‘just compensation’ and not wait till every nook and cranny of the DS is searched and taken down for a show of force by the US Military.

We should receive something and not have to wait for those millions coming to our door and presently we still have to pay taxes when those agencies and type of government have been bankrupted FOUR years ago. Where is all this money going to unless Trump just wants to put on a show? Are we going to have that USA, INC. election next week?

Once again telling us that the RV, EBS, QFS, GCR, NESARA / GESARA is here and is to happen at a certain time and does not happen is making all of them as liars. So We The People need to stand up now and claim the Fifth Amendment as Martial Law does not negate the US Constitution or else we have a dictatorship.

Trump said back on 20 Jan., 2017 he gave the government back to We The People, but he hasn’t yet, unless we are to wake up and take it back ourselves, yet again he has Martial Law in effect and won’t let us.

Every day that this is delayed is not something that Trump, the White Hats and the New USA Republic Treasury can say it is better that those that are no longer here is in the best interest of We The People as there is more to go around as when they will not pay us anything more if it does come.
