Maybe before we get our Republic back we can now look into Tariffs for the future at every level in the USA for foreign goods from other countries, between USA states and even between counties in the states.
Maybe you better get involved with ‘Republic for the united States of America’ before you really do anything with CIC Trump’s USA Republic as under him we still have Martial Law with Military rule and No US Constitution as we think.
Let’s get rid of ALL taxes, including the specified 14 % sales tax on new items per NESARA as that can change once we have a Constitutional Congress in session especially when we can have Tariffs all the way around.
Why don’t we just Donate our way for government spending, Voluntary, and if you don’t like your government spending no more Donations. That was the way for the 16th Amendment, but they ignored that word ‘Voluntary.’ We will have all those R&R funds returned to be available.
Will this need to be a required US Constitutional Amendment or just a law passed by Congress? Maybe Congress just pushes it for each state and county to vote on this or otherwise each of them go with the 14 % sales tax per NESARA.
Maybe we better look back at the Continental Congress of our original 13 states before we step into making major changes and not just add onto what we have now as any Amendment after the original 13th Amendment in 1819 is really Null and Void due to the USA, INC. Congress and Corporation STATES voted them in.
I have heard that some real Patriots have moved to include all the 50 states into prior to what it was in 1861, have included all the 27 Amendments, thus continuing these Amendments for us as US Citizens? Ignorance on their part if they did and they did not have Constitutional Authority of We The People if they just had a small group of individuals doing so.

Maybe California will go for the 14 % sales tax and other states will go for the Tariffs coming from California and thus California loses. It may be that Californians will pay the sales tax for items in or out of state, but they cannot collect Tariffs from out of state. And they will have to pay the Tariffs going to other states. If you want agriculture from California then you will have to pay for it.
Presently we have all different levels of taxes here in California as it is usually 9.25 % for food at eating locations, but purchasing the items directly in the stores there is no food tax, yet 9.25 % sales tax on other items.
So each county and state can vote in what the rate of Tariffs is required to support their government, so maybe NYC may be a lot different than a small county in Montana.
We presently have wholesale prices for the costs of the manufacturer to the seller, then to the customer and everywhere inbetween. So maybe that avoids any taxes to be paid by that party, but in the end if that company sells only by wholesale they still have to presently pay all types of taxes.
Thus it is not just at the final sale of goods that the tax has to be paid, but for any services like; any means of travel, rooms for the travel, maybe memberships and even renting housing there are taxes included and not on top of what you originally paid.
In building an airplane you have multiple subcontractors making parts to then making a final part to then install on the airplane, but you first have to start with the mining of the metals and other materials and the tools for that process to then take that action, and the final is to the airline company, so you might have up to a dozen price increases for every step of the process.
A bolt for the International Space Station should not cost $200 when the same one for a child’s toy only costs 10 cents.

The same goes that now we can have goods and products for basically every step of the way to have been sold at wholesale prices, but we can now include Tariffs for those counties, states and the USA if they are sold out of country.
These need to be controlled as if you purchase items in one location and they do not cross county and / or state lines before they are used for a certain process then there are no Tariffs. Basically no sales tax if you stay in that county or state. Keep our workers here and outsiders pay to support your government.
Goods transported through other counties and states cannot collect on those initial documented Tariffs as that should come from a road tax or else are already included in their government Tariffs elsewhere.
We better get thinking on this so not only do we have the states having certain prices to get the best rates for selling their products, but you also have certain cities, territories, counties and states that can only sell certain items as they are the only ones that can produce them, thus an exchange of products are needed, such as where I live the only thing here is a chemical plant and no food production available in town.
